Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Anson Electrical & Remodeling website. They are about the website itself. The work we do for you is governed by the written quote and contract you sign, not by this page.

Effective July 29, 2026

Accepting these terms

By using ansonelectricalandremodeling.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies.

What this website is

This site describes the electrical, remodeling, and plumbing work we do in Northern Virginia. It is general information, not an offer to perform work at a stated price and not professional advice about your particular house. Every home is different, and what applies to a job we describe here may not apply to yours.

Quotes, estimates, and contracts

Nothing on this website is a quote. Submitting a form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract, hold a spot on our schedule, or obligate either of us to anything. Scope, price, schedule, and warranty terms are binding only when they appear in a written quote or contract signed by both you and Anson Electrical & Remodeling. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.

Where the site gives a general range or a typical timeline, treat it as background for planning, not as a commitment. What your job actually costs and how long it takes depend on conditions we can only assess in person.

Licensing

We publish our Virginia license information, including Master Electrician license 2705178102, so you can verify it. That information is provided for reference. Licensing status can change over time, and you are welcome to confirm current standing directly with the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Project photos, reviews, and results

Photos and project write-ups on this site show real work we have done, published with our customers' permission. Reviews are the words of the customers who wrote them. None of it is a promise that your project will look the same, cost the same, or take the same amount of time. Materials, site conditions, permitting, and the choices you make all change the outcome.

Using the site properly

You agree not to:

  • Submit false information or pose as someone else through our forms
  • Copy the site's content, photos, or page structure for a competing site
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the site by automated means
  • Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it
  • Use the site for anything unlawful

Our content

The text, photographs, video, layout, and logo on this site belong to Anson Electrical & Remodeling or are used with permission. You may read, print, and share pages for your own use in evaluating or planning work. Republishing our content commercially, or presenting our project photos as someone else's work, is not permitted without our written consent.

Links and services from others

This site links to pages we do not run, such as our Google listing, and relies on outside providers for its forms and scheduling. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will always be available. Code requirements, material availability, and our own service offerings change, and a page may lag behind. The site is provided on an as-is basis.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Anson Electrical & Remodeling is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general information. This section is about the website. It does not limit our responsibility for the work we contract to perform for you, which is governed by your signed agreement and by Virginia law.

Do not rely on this site to decide whether something in your home is safe. Electrical faults, water damage, and structural questions need someone looking at them in person. If you think you have an unsafe condition, call us at (703) 577-4505, or call 911 if it is an emergency.

Privacy

Information you send through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
