When you reach out, you get a named project manager - often Brad himself - not a call center and not a dispatcher. We have served Northern Virginia homeowners for 20+ years, and the standards of a master craftsman go onto every job, no matter how big or small. Pick whichever way below fits where you are.
Tell us what you have in mind. You'll hear back within one business day with next steps and either a quote or a time to walk the job together, free.
Run a pool company, or handle its scheduling? You get a separate intake built around how you work, including pool & spa electrical wired to NEC 680.
A few lines about the work and the best way to reach you is plenty. You'll hear back within one business day with next steps. If it's urgent or after hours, just give us a call instead.
We don't share your info. No marketing emails, no spam, no resold leads. We respond ourselves, usually within one business day. If you submitted after hours, we respond the next morning.
Calls during business hours usually get a live answer within an hour, often on the first try. Voicemails come back the same business day. Contact-form requests are answered within one business day, often within a few hours. Pool-builder inquiries get a same-day reply from a named project manager.
If you submitted the form on a weekend or after 6pm, expect a response by mid-morning the next business day. We're not a 24/7 dispatch operation, but we're not slow either, and most NoVA homeowners hear back faster than they expect.
Mid-morning (9am to 11am) or early afternoon (1pm to 3pm) on weekdays. Crews are often on jobsites in the early morning and late afternoon, so leaving a voicemail then is fine too; calls get returned the same day.
For existing customers and pool companies we sub for, usually yes, when we have crew availability. New customers with true electrical emergencies (sparks, smoke, repeated tripping) should call us and we'll triage. We're not a 24/7 emergency service, but we don't ignore real emergencies either.
For non-emergencies (a fixture out, a tripped breaker that won't reset on its own, a panel making noises), we schedule a diagnostic visit, typically within 1 to 3 business days. See our panels & power and safety & code pages for what those visits cover. We'll tell you on the call whether it's worth shutting off power at the panel until we get there.
Pick "Not sure, let's talk" on the form's service dropdown, or just call. We'll figure out the right category during the conversation. Some projects span multiple categories anyway. An EV charger install often needs a panel upgrade, for example, and we sort that out for you. Browse our work if you want a sense of past projects first.
No, initial consultations are free. We come look at the work, talk through what you want, and put a written quote in your inbox within 48 hours. The same standards apply whether the job is $400 or $40,000, run by a named project manager from kickoff to walkthrough. The only time we charge for a visit is a diagnostic call (where you don't know what's wrong and need a licensed electrician to look), and in that case the visit fee is credited toward the work if you book it.
